Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

PNT - Pain Neutralization Tech

Imagine turning muscles, tendons and ligaments off like a light switch, reducing their tension and resetting their length in seconds. That is what you will find with PNT. It is gentle, non-invasive and effective, and it does require the participant to be part of the process.

Precision Cranial Corrections

Everyone's cranial plates are torqued, twisted and distorted from birth, even pre-birth. These distortions inhibit motion thus restricting the cranial plates from fully expanding and contracting, which negatively impact the central nervous system, especially the brain. Through the correction of the 22 cranial-facial plates the body becomes globally aligned, the brain is released from its straight jacket.

AK - Muscle Activation

Using applied Kinesiology the therapist is able to determine if the specific muscle being tested is firing on all cylinders, once a dysfunctional muscle is identified, it is easily and comfortably re-activated though sensory-motor stimulus coupled with a specific connection to a targeted muscle group. Having all muscles firing around the body's joint complexes is important for normal functioning of the human organism.

Pattern Therapy

Pattern Therapy is a culmination of two decades of clinical reasoning and insight into the human organism. Through this lens we address molecular,  emotional and anatomical patterns which influence cells, tissue groups, organs and systems, in order to facilitate optimal wellness, function, performance and prevention of the mind-body complex.
